北京市塑料研究所 北京市塑料研究所始建于1964年，主要从事塑料加工成型工艺、生产与应用开发等技术研究。
从1981年开始对PFA树脂进行注射成型技术的研究并试制出清洗硅片承载器，并相继试制出2”、3”、4”、5”硅片承载器，已在国内多家企业广泛使用。
2002年，我所根据国内太阳能电池行业的发展，开发了与之配套的太阳能电池用方型硅片清洗花篮，目前103×103、125×125、150×150、156×156（㎜）四种规格的产品广泛地获得应用，对太阳能电池行业发展起到了很好的促进作用。

The Institute started the development of injection molding technology for PFA resin in 1981 and manufactured on trial the manually washed wafer carriers. And it developed successively 2 inch, 3 inch, 4 inch and 5 inch wafer carriers .In 2002, square carriers for silicon wafer cleaning are developed to equip solar cells in accordance with domestic development of solar cell industry. Now, there are four grades of wafer carriers, i.e. 103×103mm, 125×125mm, 150×150mm and 156×156mm. The carriers make a good contribution to the development of solar cell industry and achieve excellent economic benefits. The carriers will meet the needs of the manufacturing technology of silicon solar cells.Beijing Plastics Research Institute is willing to cooperate closely with the enterprises in electronic and information industry and develop together.
