1995年落户于的（林则徐销烟的广东省东莞市虎门镇），离广深高速，京珠高速，常虎高速交汇出口只有5分钟路程。
2003年在香港注册成立飞龙（国际）纺织有限公司，专业生产“绿叶”牌，衬布，印花布，口袋布 ，面料等系列。
2006年外经贸部委批准自营进出口权。
