公司成立于二零零七年六月，由海力生集团、舟山宝润贸易和香港康利高三方投资组建，公司注册资本550万美元，实际固定资产总投资已达9000多万元人民币。
公司占地面积14700平方米，总建筑面积17900平方米。
公司以金枪鱼罐头和金枪鱼鱼柳为主的海水产制品，年处理金枪鱼原料能力48000吨，年生产金枪鱼罐头能力可达24000吨。
拥有四条由西班牙和台湾引进的、日处理原料能力80吨的专用罐头生产线，配备了冷库、制冰车间、码头、包装车间、宿舍、食堂、污水处理等其他配套设施。
Zhejing H&P Foods Limited is a large-scale enterprise maily dealing with processing aquatic products,which located at the world famous fishing port Shen Jia Men.It was founded by thress companys,HLS Group,Zhoushan Baorun Trading Company and Tario Company Limited on June,2007 with registered captial 5,500,000 million dollars.The actual total investment in fixed assets has reached over 90,000,000 yuan.H&P Foods covers an area of 14,700 m2 and total construction area is 17,900 m2.Canned tuna and tuna loin is main products of our company.The raw materials processing capacity is 48,000 tons with around 24,000 tons of finished products. H&P Foods owned four canned processing lines which are imported from Spain and Taiwan with raw materials processing capacity 80 tons.It also equipped with cold storage and ice-making workshop, fishing port, labeling workshops, dormitories, canteens, waste water treatment and other facilities.
