立成精密股份有限公司成立於2008年1月，由一群分別具備光學設計、模具開發、高精密模具製作、自動控制、品質管理與工廠管理等光學專業領域實務經驗之夥伴共同創建，對於光學鏡頭之開發至量產，以及客製化產品設計製作，擁有全程全方位之自主執行能力，具備快速反映市場需求之優勢。
本公司於籌建之始，即朝向『標準化、自動化、高效率、高品質』之要求邁進，開發配合設計高精密檢測設備與全自動化生產設備，所有作業流程均建立標準程序，並導入 SPC（Statistics Process Control）、PCI（Process Capability Indices）以及品管圈活動（Quality Control Circle;QCC），提供顧客『絕對信賴』之保證。
『堅持品質、重視環保、維護工安』是立成精密邁向國際化市場的基石，因此ISO 9001:2008 品質管理、ISO 14001 環境管理以及OHSAS 18001 職安衛管理等三大系統均已整合啟動，預計於2009年1月同時通過三大系統之國際驗證，展現本公司『立足台灣、放眼世界』之決心。
About- Lead OpticalLeadOptical was established January 2008 this year, our team fellows were came from different backgrounds, we got people specialized on precise molding for optical lens and we have lens designer, optical system engineer and engineer for auto-assembly system, quality control people as well as an experienced management team, our total solution team are acting fast for both product development and trace market trends, that’s why we are named LeadOptical.LeadOptical has its ambition to achieve production process standardization, assembly system automation and total quality control policies. We believe follow these rules will quickly building up the benchmark therefore towards success.
